"Tunnel Vision"

Though not technically a very good picture, I was testing what would happen if I adjusted the zoom while the shutter was open. I might be on to something. Any ideas?

I have friends that do that a lot. It can have a pretty cool effect. Here is the one I could find quickly, but they've done other things with it. Keep practicing, I want to see what you come up with.

I actually like the effect. sort of like "camera tossing"...longer shutter speed and then gently toss your camera (so that it lands on a soft surface) and see what you come up with..I will try to find one I took months ago and post it on my blog.

To That Girl (I was called that once by my boyfriend's mother. It didn't last),

The code for the one word link is [a href="http://site.com">Site name[/a> but change the ['s to <'s

I shot some very similar shots in the spring. I had a long exposure set the focus and pulled the camera towards me away from the subject. fun to shoot using an assistant may help some too. Great thinking outside the photo box!
